We operate a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If there are any issues please contact our team within 48 hours for further investigation. Cancelation Policy: We kindly require a 48 hour notice in writing to cancel a service. Frequency of Payments: Payment is taken prior to each clean and continues to be taken prior to each clean, until service is cancelled. We can arrange payment to be weekly, alternate weekly or monthly depending on booked frequency – please contact our team for more details.
